Company Operation

Traditionally we are a single-op company. What does that mean? It means that when you hire Aaron-Beach Productions, the DJ you speak to on the phone / email / customer meeting, is the DJ that will be at your event, and that is me, Chris Bertrand. Emergency bookings are also available if an unexpected situation arises such as a DJ that is sick or a no show. We also offer referrals on days that we are contracted, but only at the customer's request during the initial inquiry of date availability (The referral would represent Aaron-Beach Productions, making us function like a "Multi-Op"). We do not double book time slots or overlap event times to then farm out the work to subcontractors unless specifically instructed by the customers need for an available DJ.

Music & Capabilities

Our digital music library contains over 90,000 songs from today's music heard on the radio and all the way back to 1929. We use DMX controlled intelligent lighting to energize the dance floor at any venue large or small. Our video systems provide a rich experience showcasing your crowd dancing on the screens! We can also record your event and provide post production editing so you will have memories for years to come. Aaron-Beach Productions provides our clients with top notch professional customer service making it the best experience for you and your guests!

We always bring back up equipment in case of a hardware or software failure. While these incidents are rare, they do occur, and ABP's philosophy is to always be prepared to keep your party rocking.

• Online play list creator that browses our entire music catalog and emails the results directly to your DJ

• Online wedding formal program creator (Introductions, Songs, Announcements, etc.)

• Online customer account information (Similar to an Amazon account)

• Online payment and billing options (Make payments for retainers, installments, final payments)

• Online "do not play" list feedback creator (Songs you don't want played at your event)

• Traditional off-line pen & paper event planning (if requested)
